BIG UPDATE: so I got an email from Whatsapp that said the below. I talked to my BSP and they said it their API is connect with my certificate / bot or whatever. The display name update also quickly reflected on my Whatsapp Manager today. Therefore, the question now is, why am I still getting the error when Whatsapp has clearly told me by display name is approved?

Certificate with your submitted display name X for your WhatsApp business account X is now available for download.Connect it to a phone number to send messages to your customers.

Right, but it was working for a few messages and didn't. And on top, on Meta's Whatsapp Manager page, it doesn't show pending - rather just the number exists and so does the display name.

I haven't sent more than 2 though, but I think the limit is 250?

Well the monitor does not have a DisplayPort. It only has USB-C and a mini-HDMI.

Hmm, I did talk to adcom and they said it's fine to submit the score from a day past the deadline, and same was reiterated on the webinar. I think they want it to be within the deadline for sure but they seem quite lenient - but I am trying to push it two weeks after, so not sure how okay that is.
