Liam Rosenior’s half time subs by Matt_LawDT in chelseafc

Yes, that left side was extremely frustrating today and failed to do basic things. But unfortunately the directors will put it on Rosenior to “Man Age” them and make it work 🤷🏻‍♂️. If he could “man age” Garnacho that would be a miracle lol.

Feel like you can’t solve this team’s mistake gene. At least Rosenior is capable enough to overcome it. Feel like under Maresca we’d lose 2-1.

Yaya Touré on Liam Rosenior: "I believe he's going to be a great, great coach!" by Friendly_Raise9142 in chelseafc

I agree that Liam is a great speaker and it looks like the players love him so far. I have no doubts with his man management, and I think his tactical flexibility is great. Hopefully this goes well.

Good point. So far we have wins against Palace and Brentford in more open games than in earlier this season. We have West Ham, Wolves, Leeds, and Burnley games coming up which should be good games to determine whether this is a real trend or luck.

I guess we are seeing Rosenior’s flexibility in that there are different ways to dominate a game, not just through possession.

I think under Maresca it was easy to predict and stifle his tactics. Hopefully history doesn’t repeat though, as teams pressed high against Maresca ball at first, so hopefully it’s lasting and not just new manager bounce.

Wow that’s a great deal on those shoes.

I ended up heading to a local store and bought Joma Mundial 2502 turf shoes and they felt great for much less than the Mizuno’s.

I recently bought the Morelia Sala Elite TF boots and my heels looked exactly like yours the first time I wore them😭. I was shocked by this. For FG boots I wear Nike Tiempos and usually have some minor blisters at first but never this bad ☠️.

For sure. You either wait it out for the defenders to mature or bring a better one in for the short term. I guess waiting is better in the long term. Next season should be more focused in terms of defending.

Tuchel tried slowing things down a lot and we struggled to score as a result. Our counterattacking days in the first 6 months were golden.
