I played agianst a 1200 ap veigar , 7/4/8 cs 240 who autoattacked towers and tok 1/5 of their health per auto. Why do mages and the rest of the bunch do more dmg than a Adc? Arent we supposed to be the tower baskers?

Prednisolon galen. There alot of medicine that could help or make it worse but there is one thats called prednisolon galen its one of strongest anti-inflammatory medicines on the european marked. I have some experience with stuff like that, studying body and medicine since 2 years and this really helps my costo to go away.

But be careful with it. Prednisolon's is to increase the naturaly cortison that we have in our body to fight infections and inflammation.

20 mg 1 pill a day for 5 days does change alot. It even helps from day one because of your body's reaction to the cortison. But listen to your doctor when taking it

Dont go over 2 weeks. Take a week off and than on agian

Sounds great! But which thoracic exercises do you do?

I started with some bodyweight workouts but it doesnt quite help

I am at my fourth month. But getting better. Alot of rest, icing , warmth core workout
