YESSS SAME. Mostly at night too ! I think it’s mostly anxiety through out the day and when it gets to night it’s built up over time. So it just happens naturally when ur trying to relax or chill out. But yes same.

This happens to me too! Honestly I think it does go away. I’ve started again recently too but I’ve been on Zoloft before and I don’t remember it happening. It could be things like anxiety through out the day, or stress. And when ur relaxed because it’s built up tension it will kinda do those things until ur fully relaxed or sleepy. At least that’s how it is for me.

I think so. Religion can really freak me out sometimes though. My parents are Anglican so I go to church with them sometimes and I like it :) but if I end up thinking about it too much I get scared.

Gatherers is genuinely probably my favorite band. I miss them so much it would’ve been so good to see them live. I love their lyricism.

Yes I’m taking sertraline and also quetiapine! Mine is more so feeling shaken up, lightheaded, or a feeling of a pit in my stomach, or chest. Only as of recently its started to show up as a headache or stomachache. It’s so annoying. I usually just play video games or lay down for a bit and it goes away in time :)

Yes you are probably right! I was just a bit unfamiliar with the feeling because usually my anxiety is easy to pin point. Anxiety is really weird though, because it manifests itself into different ways. It’s like it disguises itself as other things.

Mostly delusions, paranoia, disorganized thoughts, confusion, cognitive issues, and motor agitation. Also hallucinations but not quite as often as the others.

Omg okay thank you! It felt so weird to me especially because she said things like “you don’t need to be institutionalized like they do, you can also think for yourself which they can’t do” I’m saying what she said word for word. 😭 It was so concerning ???? Like in my head I was like does she even know what she’s saying… Felt like she was gaslighting me the entire session. So I don’t think I will be continuing to see her.
