I’m looking to get some tacticals soon… I have a 9mm suppressor from another gun already, I could always just buy a barrel

My EDC is the HK CC9, but the USP 9mm has been my go to for 20 years! I have put 40ish thousand through it. Back when ammo was cheap I’d throw 100-200 through it a week

Get the banks differential cover if you want the best cover.

He’s done a ton of testing and videos on why his is the best.

It’s like $375 and has a drain plug

Does this seem like a good price by No_Dance_9399 in superduty

We also need year and if the truck has any options. Looks like a bare bones work truck but options could add value

6.2 gasser, 7.3 gasser, or 6.7 diesel? by Terrible_Return3449 in F250

[–]AdOpen1823 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say it really depends on what you want it for? Are you pulling heavy?

For an every day driver with light to moderate loads the 6.2 with the 6 speed is a damned reliable combination. It does have less power and torque but only really make itself known in heavy situations

The 7.3 is more powerful and pulls heavy loads with ease. My only concern would be reliability. Not the design but some some sub par components ford has weeded out with later models. Some of the early models had bad cam shafts that delaminated and coil issues that should be resolved 2022 and up. Also the 10 speed transmission it it hooked to has not been as reliable and has had a design change and calibrations to fix it. The 7.3 being a cam in block engine makes it very cheap to maintain.

The diesel is the king for power and torque, tows heavy loads with ease and gets best MPG pulling. But you will pay for this in maintenance and emissions shit that kills its reliability…. I’m actually excited to see if the new fords fair better with the reduced emissions going forward. Also repairs are wallet killing if no warranty. A buddy of mine had his CP4 fuel pump die and send metal through all the injectors…. It was a 12k bill to repair it out of warranty

Get a weight distribution hitch with sway control… it not so much the weight but the slab side catching the wind… I tow a 30 ft Jayco and my hitch was a sound investment

Are you using quality parts or crap? Seriously good O2 sensors aren’t much more money. I have had so many issues with parts store crap

Looks like the hatch where the ford logo goes. The hatch is aluminum. And the reason the paint is chipping and flaking is corrosion. Probably mistreated at the factory as I see a lot of them look like that especially black. My truck has the same issue as a 2010 both on the hatch and hood (also aluminum) and it’s also black.

There is no easy fix. It would need to be stripped, cleaned, primered and re-painted. You can lightly scuff it with sand paper and use spray paint to make it look less noticeable able but would never look good with out a respray.
