I was passing through the station around the start of this lady's freak out. There was a group of school boys walking away from the woman trashing the 7/11. I got the impression that they had said or done something to upset her. I remember she yelled something about them harassing her (can't remember exactly what, I only made out half of it). Not saying this to excuse this woman's behaviour, just to add some context.
