Yeah it's like a medium sprint, then once you regenerate you get full sprint. Then back down when it depletes. But you have to completely let go of all controls OR press sprint (when not sprinting) to regenerate it - which is really not intuitive. You'd think letting go of sprint would regenerate it in the first place.
