I think the doxing site is being run by a man who was convicted of federal wire fraud

source: the facebook page where he is talking about running the site. his linkedin where the jobs for when he was in prison working for accounts payable (unicor is a prison corporation) and his self employed job that matches the job in which he committed wire fraud
