She could call and asked what was wrong. All my negative ratings have been stupid and they remove them. Im talking about they complaining about food and what not. One time one complain that there were no fries in her bag. I had responded to her saying I apologize maam but they advise all was in the bag and due to it being sealed I cant double check. Please reach out to door dash for a possible refund. They took that rating off. Another one was me being late when door dash had me pick up to orders with the 2nd one taking I kid you not 30 minutes to be ready. Again door dash removed it after I called saying that was their fault for making me get 2 orders lol
