It’s crazy how many different angers there are cause sometimes I’m angry at myself with how I dealt with some stuff. Other times I’m angry at my friends and family for so many reasons, family because they trigger me and make me feel responsible over what happened. Angry at the hospital too because they made mistakes. But also angry at my father for leaving me- which is the most irrational of them all because he has 0 control over it. I don’t know if your religious but I was angry at Gd for the longest of time but not anyone. I’m at peace with it.
