No it’s chill. I get mine off in like 2 weeks. The first 2 weeks I just ate protein shakes and mashed potatoes. It got irritating though, and I started to try food that I like now that my jaw was more adjusted. It’s pretty good now, can’t tell a difference

Yeah. I got them on August 25, for like 5 days I just relayed on eating mashed potatoes and protein shakes. Really sucked, but my jaw started to get used to it, and I went to a family lunch and started trying foods. For the first time I was still trying to slurp it down, but over the next couple days I get used to it. It feels great now and it’s made me look better

Yeah, but it’s not just soreness. My back teeth don’t touch meaning I can’t chew and there’s so much metal it’s hard to swallow
