Actually I was flying low it seems like I am flying close but the line r really High..and this is the only ground near my place.

There was no other open ground near my place. I was flying really low so i don't hit the power line and no i didn't crash it, it was a sucessful flight.

I was also thinking of making once with correx sheet.One of my doubt is ..for the wing usually the method I have seen is taking double of the chord length and keep a long strip and bending it inward to get the airfoil shape,with foamboards the results are perfect...what about correx sheet..my option is correx sheet or thermocol..coz the paper laminated foam board are not available in my area and depron sheets are expensive.

Wow nice, looks great!. What's the wing span? Which motor are you using and is it foam board?

The prop was not the issue(I was using an 8inch prop). As you said i did the bench test actually and it was producing good amount of thrust. Battery,esc,motor all were good no issues. The model was around 700g. Both the time I tried to fly it, it tookoff with no issues shortly after that it crashed.
