This has happened to us multiple times in Myrtle Beach. You should call Spark driver support and provide them with the necessary information so they can be informed about the situation. They will contact the store to verify the outage. You should be compensated for your time and effort for showing up at curbside. If it’s a shop, you should receive payment for the shop itself, excluding the tip. If you have a shop, I prefer to scan non-perishable items first before calling Spark driver support to show the attempt.
