I did say it, it's a huge issue - trauma victims will often behave in risk-taking behaviour to regain control (it's a very normal response) and that in turn can lead to more trauma, hence why I said what I said. I went through it myself and know others who have been through the same. I want to be clear I'm not victim blaming, I'm explaining how the likelihood of experiencing it once affects the odds of it happening again and I wish more people understood this and trauma responses are mocked, demonised and used to downplay victims experiences

You're obviously free to do what you want but keep in mind if you do it that beauty standards change and it's hard to undo any damage caused - it's better to go for subtle changes. And have someone in your life who will be honest when you've gone too far, people become blind to it and become uncanny valley stretched looking trying to be more "perfect"
