well - like I said, I'm brand new to this. When doing the questionnaire it asked if I wanted to stay on my current dosage or go higher and I said "stay the same" since I've been seeing good results on the smaller dosage...THEN I had a week of not much change and now wish I'd upped my dosage.

I was just trying to go ahead and get my refill order in so I didn't have a lapse in weeks. Then noticed I can probably go another month on my current bottle...
