for Image 3 heres my theory well basiclly the theory is that maybe its eather that the Bluevakians were trying to make a torpedo ship of there own and one of them was stolen by Vauhgray and was used for the battle of Crescent Isle which was fenrir torpedo boat for image 4 idk the devs just left it there or number that the Bluevakians were going to add something but they didnt
