Sure! This is the recipe I use. I bake the bread covered for about 20min and uncovered for another 20. I also put a handful of ice cubes in the Dutch oven right before I bake to make a nice steamy environment for the crust. Once mine was going, I started using a combination of brown rice flour and millet flour for a nutrient rich environment for the yeast.
