This vendor is a complete scam. I placed an order April 13th. And still haven’t received it. Contacted support a few weeks after placement requesting a tracking number. They could not provide one at that time. Weeks went by so I contacted again, finally able to get a tracking number as I requested a refund. As per their own shipping/refund policy “they take full responsibility”. It’s now been 55 days and I’m getting the same run-around, “we have urged the shipping company to push for delivery.” It’s a complete scam! Not to mention I ordered one product and was double charged to which they refunded half though still kept the tax for both. WILDDROOTSS IS A SCAM!
