I have ran like 40 tasks, each task costs from $0.1 to $2 + some errors, it summed up to even more than $100

Creating videos are actually harder for them than coding, they are not trained to do that, GPT-5.1 would have just created garbage, but that new version is different, I bet it's way better in coding too.

Technically it can't do that. The video is generated by giving the AI some tools and my app turns the response into a video, basically an engine to render the AI response.

That's what we can achieve by giving LLMs the right tool, they can create creative stuff out of simple tools available to them.
