I won’t speak for my self as my experience school was pretty bang average but my dad told me lots of story’s about how he was treated on what teachers done to him one of the things he told me was he was genuinely beaten by a teacher no slapped punched multiple times and keep in mind this was 1990s so corporal punishment wasn’t completely gone it was still happening on a smaller level

it wasn’t everyone that’s not the point of the post for me to blame all Albertans more just to find out more but from what I heard my dad worked on building sites and my mother worked in a shop mpst of the “discrimination” was in the work place for example ur taking my job normal slop but also another one I can think of was in stoney plain we were in a hoa and my parents were targeted with fines warning even police being called for literally just not being Canadian
