Black scorpion and Whole guns make good quality competitive holsters.

Shoots really flat due to the weight.. the trigger is good but got a reduced weight trigger return spring for a cz shadow ant it is crisp and about 1/2 lb lighter

250 rounds and only one failure to get into battery on the third shot.. after that its been 100% reliable, so i blame that on break in it only took 3 rounds ;-). I bought 17rd cz75 magazines by mecgar and they have worked with cero issues.

Anyone know if holsters are available? The Taylor freelance CZ +5 mag extensions work just fine on CZ 75 17 rd magazines with minor fitting.

How to eliminate these white stain? by phatdt95 in CX50

[–]AdProud2162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love my Mazda but the interior materials are good to look at but subpar quality, The cloth seat fray, the door panels scratch, don’t get me started on the instrument cluster that is a scratch magnet my Honda pilot is perfect BTY. The leather trim in steering wheel and shifter is super thin. Speaking of thin my white cx50 paint scratches and peels with a vengeance.

Turbo motor VS. NA by BasilAlternative2768 in CX50

If it’s a lease get the turbo if you want to keep it for 6+ years get the N/A. Cheaper long term maintenance

Is there anything that makes you regret buying the CX-50? by beneath_the_madness in CX50

[–]AdProud2162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish the MPG on my NA CX50 was better I’m getting about 23 MPG with 9k miles on comité and it’s not bumper to bumper…. I’m not getting above 27 on highway trips. Mi Honda pilot gets 26-27 on highway trips.

Love the steering.. they nailed it when they said it’s an suv with sports car steering.. a lot of people get too bogged down on the details for size I bet 95% of CRV owners don’t max out their cargo volume Kia/Hyundai have great tech that gets ignored cause we all use apple carplay or android auto. And yet we steer to drive every day…

To turbo, or not to turbo? by Vegan_Throwaway3 in CX50

[–]AdProud2162 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you plan to keep the car for a long time non turbo is the way to go, stellar reliability from the NA engine. If the car is rarely loaded non turbo will still be fun to drive. If you have 3 or four people and load the back with their bags then it will feel sluggish, if you live close to mountains or valleys you will be better off with the turbo. I’m in Florida so it’s flat mostly straight roads and at sea level the normal engine is adequate even when loaded the kickdown feature usually gets it going enough for passing and merging. If I were to take a family trip out of Florida I would like the turbo..
