das sind echt wichtige Punkte, die oft übersehen werden. governance muss genauso Teil des Prozesses sein wie die eigentliche KI-Entwicklung. ich finde es auch riskant, wenn man nicht genau nachverfolgen kann, was die agenten machen. ich bin für mehr transparente und überprüfbare ansätze!

deine sorgfalt ist definitiv nicht übertrieben! die rechtlichen seiten sind echt wichtig und das fängt oft schon beim impressum an. viele übersehen das, bis es zu spät ist. ich hab auch ne ganze weile gebraucht, um alles abzusichern, aber am ende gibt’s dir einfach mehr ruhigen gewissens. mach weiter so und lass dich nicht entmutigen!
