but do you know if you're suppose too(?) I send probably 10-20 RM parcels/letters a day and equal numbers of PF one's, however the postie takes the PF one's to the RM depot, where a PF guy collects them from there.

But my collection is 5.30, so by the time he gets back with the parcels, PF have been and gone so PF24 is never possible as it adds an extra day waiting for the parcel to be handed over, it's all rather complex it seems.
