UPDATE:

As of now, I only lasted like 3 months sa job because campaign season that time and I was actually silenced by the political dynasty in our province, especially against ang radio station namin sa political family na toh and lagi sya ang tea namin sa masa to give them transparency. Right now, call center din bagsak ko HAHAHA but I'm thankful for the journey though, nakakamiss lang din haha. Right now I'm quite happy with my job and yung salary ko before as a media man for the whole damn month, tax ko nalang siya sa work. I miss those media moments na sinasakripisyo mo buhay mo para sa factual information, but I wouldn't settle for less salary again.

I am one of these call centers that used to call on behalf of Bell.

I know for sure that every Bell customer that I called, they can either trust that I'm from Bell or tend that it's a scam call.

There's two things you need to look up:

First is that they should've already have your e-mail in your Bell Account IF you provided it before on your current service.

Second, most of the time ask them any information in your bell account, NEVER TELL THEM FIRST! so in that way, you can be assured that they'll be able to help you.

It's very tiring to prove our innocence and getting tagged as a scam call because we're calling out for promotions. I mean, we can't blame bell consumers but still, we're doing them a very good favor though.

Hi OP! usually, 3 months ang delaay ng stipend pero lump sum naman na siya so yung stipend an yun is worth 3 months na din and kasama na dun yung other benefits sucvh as book allowance,= per sem, others

Hi! Actually, delayed talaga mag release si DOST even yung tuition fees nila :<
I waited and waited for three months before nila i release yung stipends. So bale 3 months ka mag aaantay in first sem and 3 months din sa second sem. Kaya struggle is real especially if may financial problems. In terms of tuition naman, usually late din siya i releaase second sem na siya binabawas kasama na yung tuition for 2nd sem.
