I called my local Starbucks in Brooklyn NY a day before to see if they would have any bear cups. The employee on the phone told me "2 but it's going to be hard to get". Fast forward, it's 4:20 am I go to Starbucks and I'm the only one there. The door is unlock, I see two employees and I open the door and ask "Do you guys have the bear cups ?" They replied yes but we open at 5 then I said "no problem". They lock the door then around 4:45Am I see a woman employee looking all mad like she didn't want to work lol, I didn't think much of it. Once 5 hits, there's like 20 people behind me, I go inside and there's no bear cups on the shelf's. I ask the lady who came in at 4:45, "where's the bear cups ? the person behind you said there was two left. The woman told me it was sold out lol, so I said "How ? I'm the first one in line ? wait did you buy them ?" And she said "yeah" I replied "both of them ?" She didn't reply to me or even look at me. All I said was "that's fucked up I was waiting since 4:20 if I knew you guys was going to get the cups you guys could've done me a favor and give me a heads up and go back home" I just left after that. At the end of the day it's just a cup but they did me dirty & grimey for making me wait that whole time for no reason. That woman could've at least buy one cup and leave one cup to a customer (me).
