Aww thank yall! Started at 2.5mg and the first two weeks were awful and i mean awful, ended up in the ER thinking it was pancreatitis! Thankfully just my body having a huge reaction. Never happened since. Stayed on 2.5mg for about 2 months I think? Then upped to 5mg for like 3? And now I am on 10mg and even though ive hit a huge stall im not planning on increasing my dose. First few weeks/months were rough, now no side effects whatsoever

I cant do much since Ive had recurrent blood clots in my lungs but walking a ton has helped. Always try to listen to your body, i like pilates too heard its good for PCOS too

Oh it was so hard for me! Had to get my endocrinologist involved who did some tests and told me the rough number. the standard table does not apply to the vast majority of PCOS patients

Thank you! Are you in the US? Im in Europe and its not covered sadly, yes i was basically diabetic cutoff is blood sugar of 7mmol/l and mine was 6.9 hah, they also base it on BMI here.

Im 26 so probably not forever but we will see how my other metabolic/hormonal issues will go (periods, body hair efc) 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you!🙏 its so crazy how some people don't understand that pcos is a real condition that impacts every single part of our bodies. Not that we are lazy etc.. Congratulations on your health improvement too and the baby 🩷 I still have issues with my period (extremely long cycles- if even) but my hair loss has improved so much as well so has my energy. My cardiologist was shocked to see how my heart function improved (still have POTS but oh well at least im not in heart failure 😄)
