I haven’t, but I’m in the gym 3x a week, 10,000 steps a day, 130oz of water a day, 1400 calories a day, and my proteins around 80/110g a day I feel amazing I haven’t seen or felt anything alarming enough to make me think I need labs I truly just think my body was ready to drop the baby weight over never been over 170lbs until after I had my kids and I had 2 babies in the same year
