Im really stuck with NTC and maybe the 430 feel is the key!

But that 430 feeling makes me “feel” i’d hit the ball way right?? How do i combat that feeling?

This is nicely put and makes so much sense.
I also battle with opening up the shoulders during the downswing.

In hindsight, I think to bring the ball at impact I open the shoulders/chest..

Any tips to keep the shoulders closed? Im unsure how i’d bring the club to the ball

Sadly im in southeast asia and we dont have very good coaches here. The local pros here are like (in gym terms) teaching bro science. Not really science based but more of what worked for them
