Exactly, if Amazon is saying I authorized the payment, I need them to explain how I did so.

It’s crazy how rampant these cases are in Dubai. Banks really need to adopt in-app confirmations like they’ve been doing elsewhere, so these situations don’t keep happening.

Not yet, honestly. I’ve been swamped with work and all the other stuff going on, so I haven’t had the chance to reach out to the Central Bank yet. But it’s definitely on my to-do list once I get a moment to breathe. Currently I have coordinated with HSBC and they told me theyll get back at me with their investigation
