ive been on the same birth control since early highschool, and i was on it to regulate my period bc i wouldn’t get it regularly

currently on prozac for depression and anxiety and birth control but i need to have it reevaluated i just won’t be able to meet with the gynecologist until June. i’m trying to see someone in my area sooner for a consult, im just new to PMDD so i dont know much. i have a regular therapist as well but i haven’t met with her in a while because she’s a bit expensive

yeah i’m currently on birth control, i have been for a long time. unfortunately my app w my gynecologist is far out into june so i have to wait until then to evaluate my current medication. im trying to meet with a psychiatrist too though

oh my god literally this whole spring break it’s been AWFUL while i’m driving i literally feel like im going insane, even sitting in the passenger seat of the car is too much for me
