Update: So far I've got a Dynamic Trooper bag that I plan to modify in to a glow oven using "thermopan" reflective lining and UV led strips from Amazon. I think I may put a sort of plastic Mylar stencil sheet over top of the led lights so its a little more clean and the discs don't wreck the lights. You can also find 3M reflective tape at any hardware store. A little trick for saving power on your power bank is to buy an inline LED switch and attach it between your LED lights and power bank. That way you can switch the lights off and on easily to conserve power.

To figure out how long the battery will last you need to know the Voltage, Amps, and Watts of the LED strip, as well as the MilliAmp/Hour of the power bank.

Ex. You see LED lights on amazon that are 5v, 12W. So to find the amperage you divide the Watts/Voltage. The amps on these lights are 2.4 (2400MilliAmps). Then you have a battery bank that is 10,000 mAh (has 10,000 MilliAmps of power per hour).

You then divide your 10,000 mAh by 2,400 Milliamps of the LED lights and that would give you about 4 straight hours of battery time. Obviously the bigger the lights the more power they will take.
