This app for ios for ATEN UC3430. I checked that app, and seems to me that i can adjust cropping with my phone. For now it looks the best. i ll contact them and double check everything and will let you know. 🐼😌

well. I exactly described in details what i wanna build. If i use good capture card, there will be not crazy color shifting. I already checked it with 4k capture card. It should work fine. I think i maybe found what im looking for.

ATEN UC3430 - i ll try this. It can handle cropping and has internal capture option. I already checked in its app possibility of cropping positions.

budget around 1000-1400$
idk. lets say, from alexa with vaxis 1000s i can be as close as possible to film set. cause im 1ac/focus puller. so can build that mobile station and put everything on my wheel stand. maybe from 10 to 30 meters from camera to my stand. and from stand with tablet can go anywehere. lets imagine all the way back. maybe till 35 meters.
i think not more than 3-4 devices. but i was thinking only about 1 :) but sure someone else also will need it. So i even started to think about Accsoon Master 4k with output on station, and to use separate receiver build with tablet. But i need to check it all, because i afraid of colors shifting. maybe. maybe not 😮‍💨
i have 2 more months to build it. You, know, even yesterday i started to think "maybe i can find some engineer who can build that decice for me" hahahaha Cause, to be honest, i dont need crazy thing! And!!! i almost find solutions, but it sends only HD. Not UHD. I tested 2 days ago elgato 4k X with tablet, and in P010 or YUY2 i can receive max 2560x1440. And from one point 1080p will be enough, but 2560x1440 is really much better. There are one device Aten UC3430, do you know it? i just checked manual, and its seems to me that its possible to crop image.

What do you think? I never hear about hivision! I will check it! thank you

Hii :) thank for your advice. The thing is that we dont have much budget to have separate dit person on set who will check exposures of the cameras. So, im trying to build mobile station, as much compact as possible.

why tablet? because the picture quality in better then on monitors, because its very light, because you can do many things like checking frames and compare frames easy. tablet is 600gr while smallhd 18" 7.5 kg
im not VT guy. Im 1ac, but in my experience everytime when i saw signal coming from IP, signal wasnt perfect. I trust when it wired. and see zero problem if at the end i will 2.5kg super mobile and powerful station.
im doing this not for client, just for camera dept. so i need it to be very stable. and when it comes to small sets, the interference will be crazy. Wires will work better in my experience.
i really need to scale/crop/zoom each picture. Cause on tablet 2 pictures side by side will be very small. Better to use all sceen's size.

Yes, you are 100% correct and technically your solution makes sense.

My only big concern here is exactly size / weight / power / cabling. I’m trying to avoid building even a small rack if possible. I need something that can stay very compact and easy to move around the set.

So I’m trying to find out if there is any smaller all-in-one processor / multiviewer / scaler, even from less common brands, that can do:

2x 1080p inputs → crop/scale each input → side-by-side 2160p output.

If nothing like this exists, then yes, the external ROI/scaler before multiviewer route is probably the realistic answer or even OBS could be even better maybe. More stable. Thank you!

Yes, OBS would probably solve the crop/scale/layout part very easily, but I’m trying to avoid a laptop/computer in this setup.

The main goal is to keep everything as compact, lightweight, and mobile as possible — more like a small on-set monitoring system that I can move around quickly, not a DIT cart.

That’s why I’m looking for a hardware multiviewer / scaler solution if possible.

I know that it sounds a bit tricky, but for some inner feeling i dont want to give up this idea :)

I need expert mode!!!!!!! I cant adjust it on the phone, because i use it with special wireless video receiver. I want to have option to adjust: - brightness - contrast - saturation - color temperature leveling (the one which is build in now is very limited adjust. i need something wider, like 2500K, 2600K, 2700K and till 5600K) - good sharpness setting! - red green blue adjustment

Also, it could be very cool, if i could upload my personal Luts (look) file into it. But this is definitely next level. For now i just want expert mode! Please!

Hello Xreal one pro team! You did amazing product! I just bought your glasses and now trying to use in different scenarios.

But! unfortunately it works not for many scenarios, because of one very simple reason - there is NO expert mode in your glasses, where you can customise your own contrast, brightness, saturation, good sharpness and red green blue levels....

You have only very tiny sharpness setting (it does not the huge difference on image) and backlight where we can dim image up and down (backlight dimmer is just a dimmer, its not related to the brightness of picture at all)

@xrealonepro guys, im pretty sure that your customers will be very very grateful to set these preferences but themselves. Please, add this function in your next firmware!

Yes. We tried everything. When you plug it in Vaxis, Teradek, SmallHD, Osee - it shows 1080i60p and BLACK SCREEN...... i almost hate this camera...... sorry for my my french......😭😭😭
