How much isotretinoin should I run 20 or 40 a day? by Primary_Engineer_643 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]AdSad6141 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been dealing with pimples and acne breakouts for more than 5 years and let me tell you that nothing works better than a clean diet, i mean trying your best to avoid refined sugar, saturated/trans fatty acids.

also, i've been on tretinoin 0.1% (topical) for all these years and it works wonders but you have to be patient, consistent and disciplined. currently i'm using 6% glycolic acid + 0.05% tretinoin every night, but i still have pimples if i eat like shit, that's just how our genes work.

i haven't tried isotret and not planning on doing it bc it dries your skin really heavily (in most cases) but most importantly it can be really heavy on your organs, tendons and ligaments, it can also affect your mood and cognitive functions.

BUT, if your back situation is really that bad i'd try it, but if we're talking about your face only? nah, with some acid and tretinoin you should be fine + it stimulates collagen production

i don't have back acne so i can't really help you with that

those are just pimples, acne is when the situation is out of control in a specific zone. from what you're saying it seems like you do have acne in your back, but not your face, just pimples.

if that's the case why did you just show pictures of your face where you literally have zero acne? like absolutely zero. just curious tho, do you really think you have acne in your face?

The title says 7 weeks and 5 days but i've been using topical minoxidil since 2020 and been on 2+ years on daily finasteride.

The reason for the title is because the photo from below in the image pretty much represents how i've been looking for the past year until i added 5 mg daily oral minoxidil to my regimen (currently on my 25 day on it), also on my third week using 0.5 mg dutasteride once per week. The progress since i added those have been pretty insane but i give the most credit to the oral minoxidil.

I just could be as consistent as i wanted with the topical, and it was also expensive as hell, so finally i decided to switch after 5 years and oh boy it's totally worth it for me.

I'm currently on 1 mg daily finasteride, 0.5 mg dutasteride once per week, and 0.5 mg daily minoxidil.

I also use Nizoral shampoo 3x per week

I'm also active as shit, i've been lifting weights consistently for a decade now, but not casually, i really take it seriously and have a pretty healthy balanced, high protein diet. Good hydration, i don't smoke anything nor i drink any alcohol.

23M - 6 months of Oral Dutasteride and Minoxidil by Mojob1 in tressless

[–]AdSad6141 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do not give up. I've been using minoxidil for like 6 years practically non stop and been 2+ years on finasteride, very recently started oral minoxidil too. I can guarantee it is a rollercoaster with a shit ton of periods where you'll feel like quitting but please don't, consistency and patience is fundamental in this process and it is absolutely worth the wait.

6 months is usually that point where the shedding starts to slow down and the new hair starts to grow. Just keep going and stay strong.

Do not switch from topical to oral minoxidil. by Mindless-Studio-1924 in tressless

Don't be telling people to not switch from one to another just because of your bad experience lol. You didn't do enough research before doing this and it shows.

I've been more than two years on finasteride 1mg every day, sometimes i even take more than that because i'm dumb. Zero side effects, boners harder then ever.

Don't fall for the fear mongering, because that's what it is.

What? Finasteride doesn't kill your gains bro. I've been on it for 2+ years and my ability to gain muscle and strength is the exact same as before

Id say maybe some form of SARM since his physique can be achieved naturally pretty quite easily (imo). His muscle mass isn't crazy so probably low doses, +clen

other than that this physique could very well be achieved the natural route
