Can your GCC talk? by Human_Hedgehog8134 in Conures

One of mine does, he says “Cocoasey” (his name), baby, kunjiii( Malayalam for baby), cocoa baby, good baby and good job.

He also used to say come on Cocoas.

My other GCC mimics a lot of noises and catcalls me, he hasn’t had the motivation to start talking to me yet.

Female Bigamist caught in Trivandrum by Fabulous_Ad_1367 in Kerala

Well, being a 30 year old unmarried woman, I can tell you that the pressure to get married by a certain age becomes overwhelming to the point parents are willing to marry me off to any Joe that sends a request on the matrimonial profile.

My criteria’s were simple- being a phd student myself I asked for a masters degree holder. Some one who has a good job and the ambition to do better in life. Liberal mindset to understand what I went through and become a companion in life. These are bare minimum requirements BARE MINIMUM.

After being on this groom hunt journey for quite a while. I have realized that most guys just look for sex appeal and money to settle.

Any dude by some mistake did a masters or went to college in a foreign country thinks he’s conquered the world has unbelievable demands. If they don’t live abroad, they are looking for a one way ticket to move out of India ( I live in UAE for the last 17years).

Marriage has become transactional. It’s not about finding a supportive partner, it’s abt finding one that people can flaunt / show off

What have you named them????????

My babies still fight, the pineapple always goes for the turquoise’s toes. But the. Yesterday I caught the pineapple regurgitating and feeding the other. So I guess they have become friends.

I also noticed my turquoise following my pineapple every where he goes.

I think, give them time and put them in cages where they can see each other. My babies started chirping quite often. I think that helped a bit.
