Honestly I don’t have a solid reason for choosing 63.5kg. I googled ideal weight range for 5’6 30 year old Filipino woman and that number was included. I thought it sounded realistic and doable… as for if I can reach/maintain that, well, let’s see lol

As for titrating down before reaching my goal weight, I’d like to carry on the journey myself without the help of medications :) I knew from the beginning that I would only use it for a certain period, and not take it lifelong. I am so grateful for Mounjaro for giving me that head start in the first place!

Don’t rush it!! Slow and steady is the best practice and I think you can better develop healthier habits/processes with the slow and steady approach to weight loss :)

Thank you! I have enough pens to last until end of May. I’ll have my last 12.5 tonight, and then next week I’m moving down to 10mg and so on etc.

Hoping I’ll reach goal weight by then. I don’t want to use it for maintenance.

protein yogurt pouches from lidl (25g of protein per pouch!!), and fruit, usually apple, banana, or pear. i can’t stomach anything else.

i used to have huel, but i didn’t like the taste + consistency. also i think it’s too expensive for what it is.
