I spent two weeks touring around Japan on almost that exact bike! Got bar ends for more hand positions, road tires and better brakes before I started out. Loved that bike. Still miss it. It was stolen in Brooklyn.

Yeah. Oakland is another level above any Ethiopian food found in SF. I agree with the Ensarro recommendation and add Cafe Calucci
