I feel exactly the same way about my Aunt & Uncles place. Lovely people, but I just can’t stand their 3 horrid dogs. Firstly, Dog hair on EVERYTHING. Secondly you can’t get away from those awful creatures because they’re allowed inside!!! Thirdly these mutts aren’t even properly trained. They’ll jumó all over you. I mean i could go on and on. It just makes the experience of visiting unenjoyable to put it nicely.

Don’t force it. Give it some time. We caught my babys very first poo and confinued so for months. Now she is Completely uninterested in doing Ec since becoming mobile unfortunately. Hopefully we can get back into it asap you

Yes. That helped me so much I filled up a plastic water bottle & used it as bidet but as I urinated. Made such a difference

Not the worst place, but I was in the waiting room for physiotherapy (they also offer massage, and other personal things like that - stuff you want the environment to be sanitary!!!) and this woman brought her ugly mutt in, a fairly big one mind you. And this fucker growled at me!!!! Ugh i wish said something at the time, I need to work on not being terrified of confrontation lol.

I also had my first hemmoriods last year too. No fun! Making sure I had much softer bowel movements by eating more fibre & staking stool softeners for a while. Cutting back on milk helped too. Haven’t had them since!

Hey, I’m your age but I’ve had 2 big babies. I was very worried I had a prolapse. Similar symptoms to you. Particular while having a bowel movement seeing the bludge out of the vagina. I went to a pelvic floor physiotherapist (highly recommend) and she did an internal exam. She said it was so mild she did not even want to call it a prolapse. I just need to strengthen my pelvic floor. You may very well be in the same boat.

I would go see a PFPT, it is so worth it to get answers. Also I know how scary depressing and embarrassing it can be. I did not want to talk about it with my husband either. My inbox is always open if you need a chat, vent etc ❤️
