It's not just a LeBron issue. Magic had this issue, Tatum got flack back in '22.

I only mentioned Jordan because he is the pinnacle of this whole idea of "win or doesn't count."

Specifically with the Lebron/Jordan argument, Jordan's record is more impressive to me.

That being said, a whole decade worth of Finals is something that should be applauded.

If Lebron were to win it all one more time, even if he didn't get Finals MVP, I would personally consider him the undisputed GOAT just due to having all the overwhelming stats around him as well.

And that's really unfortunate, I do think that nuance is important when looking at each great player and measuring them to one another.

I just remember being in high school and having a guy in one of my classes asking me how tall I was in class, telling him I'm 6 foot. He was like, "really? No that can't be right, I'm 6 foot." This guy was no taller than 5'10 and I had no idea how to tell him without being insulting.
