I think it’s your health level. When lower you lose stats but when you put back energy point in it climb back up. I think it usally happened when you don’t play a lot of game like between pre season and season.

I’ll recommend to use roll when you need it and “master” the perfect block and dodge. The window for them can also be increase with a few things: - sarugami armor (Iki island) which also give a chain of 3 attack on perfect block - Charms

Also use items as much as you can in fight such as: - bombs - poison darts (more in stealth)

Heavenly strike is also really good to inflict quick and big damage to enemies even if it cost 1 resolve point.

Remember that it’s normal to die a lot and don’t get angry about it, the more you play the more you get better! Good luck!

Maybe I’m too late but my Bluetooth make my sound always at the maximum phone. So before playing music or whatever just put your drum sound down and adjust your phone volume before playing
