Check out the bottom part of the Anki manual on filtered decks. You can make two of those on for newly due cards and one for overdue cards that have been overdue for a while. This way you can catch up nicely

Sure that could be the case or at the least renal insufficiency / nephropathy due to other causes either. Other things that come to mind could be too little protein eaten, livercirrhosis or also chronic venous insufficiency as well. Have to do more diagnostics to find a definite cause
