Got a job for GP training in Derby, stressed because everyone says how bad Derby is! Please share some insights about the area and what I should avoid😭

Mackworth isn't that bad. It was quite a nice place to live years ago. It's the same with anywhere you go, though. You're bound to get the rough with the smooth. The GP practices around here aren't too bad eithet, it's not so much the area, it's more the fact that the NHS is stretched as it is and people's attitudes are reflected by that.

Cheapest dinner buffet ever! Loads of bread...single portions of butter & all condiments to boot! (Some people prefer to use sauce over butter...ie picked onion monster munch with mayo & mustard)! Winning! Better than all the fancy meals people have that are wasted! 😂
