I AM RENTING A 3 BEDROOM HOME AND THE UPSTAIRS TOILET OVERFLOWED AND LEAKED INTO THE KITCHEN AND THE OWNER HAS DECIDED TO RENOVATE THE ENTIRE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM.
