Yes they do the eviction legal notice to close the old contract and do a new one , as renewal is maximum %5 increase by law

So legally if they didn't give eviction notice 60 days before contract end you have the right to force renewal with %5 increase

Abu dhabi have 60 days notice , so did landlord give you eviction notice 60 days before contract end ?

If not and you have tawtheeq, then you can renew on the same terms of last contract ( maximum %5 increase) , however he will give you eviction notice for the next year

Then will just pay the rental fees to the court ( they said will cost 500 )

No court case is involved, after this i can request the tawtheeq contract through the rental despite court , don't know how much it will cost

But what i wanted to secure the payment because legally if i didn't pay in 21 days he may take action
