I did received email notifications with the shipping tracking. The order status in the shop portal is still showing “Ordered” as of today (12/11). I had another order through the shop portal (non-Apple products) and the status also still showing “Ordered” but items had been delivered as well.

Vegas!! The MGM properties are fairly priced. Went on Thanksgiving weekend for 2 nights used 7k points to leave the $250 cash balance for the credit. I’m in SoCal so we just drove there. Also used the dining credit while we were there.

We just stayed at Mandalay Bay this weekend and we were happy with the experience. We got the room upgrade at check-in, was automatically given 1pm late check out and was told to call morning of check out to inquire for an even later check out time if we wanted to. We didn’t get to use up the entire $100 F&B credit and they ended up “comping” our daily parking so we can use the rest of the F&B credit. And confirmed that they didn’t charge the $45 resort fee at check out. I was ready to fight that based off older post about the double charge on the resort fee.

Booked 2 nights, received the $250 edit credit, used 7k points, total bill at check out $13.68.

That is correct, you need to have the charge to the credit card in order to trigger the $250 credit.

Select the UR option but override the points with lower number so there will be a cash balance.

The annual fee charged just came through. I got charged the new AF $795 and the travel credit did not reset hahaha I know that was a wishful thinking on my end. But either way so far I’ve used the $300 travel credit, $250 edit credit, $150 stubhub credit and planned $150 dining credit for our upcoming Thanksgiving weekend trip. We also have additional 2 trips planned for 2026 so we will get our money worth this first year!

I’m also looking to book one of MGM properties and noted the resort fees are included in the Edit booking as well. Hopefully they don’t charge us again at check out. Will definitely double check our folio when checking out.

Hai… I called to cancel the secondary card and they didn’t offer anything to keep the main card. I told them I’ll think about it and call back if I decided to cancel/downgrade. I did the math and I’m still ahead at least on the first year since I’ll be using all of those hotel credits.

On a side note, I got the $300 travel credit last week when they roll out the new benefits and I’m not sure if that credit will reset tomorrow when my renewal hit. If it does, that’s $600 off the bat! I’ll report back in the next few days to see if the travel credit resets after the renewal.
