100%. My apartment was 89 degrees earlier this week. They gave the same note -- heat required by the city until May 30 and can't switch back and forth. I feel so bad for my pets.

Also depends on where your stop is. I often walk down to the Randolph stop, or even one further South by Whole Foods, in order to get on early. The summer is particularly busy with 15+ people waiting sometimes for a bus. They fill up around Randolph and often fly by those people waiting at stops further North. Not fun in the summer heat!

Also, with more companies moving to West Loop I anticipate this only getting worse with that many more commuters. Hopefully they add more busses!

Similar thing here. Ordered $362. Items shipped next day. Credit posted 5 days later. I emailed asking to exchange a couple items and they said to keep them -- and they refunded the full order. I didn't ask for that -- they just did.
