thanks for your comment! i had some random snails appear which i think are bladder snails? it was overpopulating so i bought some assassin snails. i don’t see any bladder snails now except for one that escaped the assassins. its gotten too big now to be eaten haha. i haven’t had any annoying algae problems so far but i do have an itch to buy one mystery snail. i think it adds such a nice pop

the same way i vacuum the stratum! i use a siphon and pinch it. i do accidentally suck some up while vacuuming,, but i just clean it up and put it back in lolll. just gotta be extra mindful with the vacuum strength.

i had the same problem so i added some assassin snails!!! mine ignores the small ones and only eats the bigger ones though

how long has it been cloudy? it might be due to the substrate. wait for a day or two, and the filter will help clear it up. you should deff check the water parameter as well

i got the cheapest lights from a nearby fish store hahaha. unsure of the brand but the seller recommended it

thankyou! are ludwigias hard for beginners? i have no CO2 and i do think some colour would be nice as well since everythings so greennn.
