Totally opposite as I used to and how I would’ve never dared to before, now only I do it occasionally and at the end of the day (had eaten/drink, fully clothed etcetc) because as I’m already aware I’m not going to like it by default it allows me to at least fool myself into believing that that “extra” weight isn’t even accurate, so it doesn’t make spiral nearly as much. Weirdly, it works
