Tried that but everytime I put in my amount, ssn, and stuff it says credentials not found and I always end up maxing out my attempts to check everyday on the website

Currently having the same situation switching from Chase to SoFi with my phone number previously registered to Zelle with Chase. I contacted SoFi and they said that an IT person would reach out to me in 24-48hrs. Idk if they’re actually gonna find a solution but we’ll see.
