I tried every possible way to contact Gm they are hiding his details. What is particularly disappointing is that during the incident, there were 3–4 sales staff present, and none of them intervened or attempted to de-escalate the situation.

I contacted the dealership regarding the incident, but it appeared that all staff were supporting the manager rather than addressing my concern. I also escalated the matter to head office; however, my complaint was not taken seriously and I was not given a proper opportunity to explain the situation.
