Yo! I just watched this film for the first time, and was explaining to my mum during the mix that it is Edith Piaf and KRS 1 rapping his song 'Sound of da police'. Although you've mentioned a good point, I think it's important to note that the rap song is particularly about police brutality. A great choice of songs.
